Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for Site selection and finalization with the dealerYou will help adapt the River design layout onto the selected site and space availableAssist in creation base layout options or edit base layouts created by the firmAssist in cost reduction for store and service center through value engineeringLiaison with dealer and design firm to roll out construction drawings
Project manage the construction from a clients perspective by liaising with dealer, MEP, contractor and other consultants (Inc graphic design and accessorizing) for both sales and serviceAssist the dealer and sales ops and service ops team in hiring the right set of manpower for the EC,SC (Inc dealer CS)Assist in creating an experience playbook for all Retail and Service and Customer Service touchpoints to expand exponentially at scaleAssist in establishing a site selection, design and construction playbook for all retail and service touchpointsWork with software teams to ensure the business tools (POS, Floor staff, DMS,LMS, CRM etc) are set up and tested for launch. Ensure procurement of IT systems and networking infraEnsure manpower training and certification by coordinating with training teams
Ideal Candidate
Strong verbal and listening skills to engage customers in meaningful conversations and effectively present informationStrong Architectural experienceExperience with CAD and SketchupStrong passion for retail and customer serviceExperience with digital and omnichannel strategies (combining physical and online touchpoints) is highly beneficialWillingness to travel to different retail locations, if necessaryMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail experience, architecture or space designExperience in managing retail operations, store layout design, merchandising, and team leadership
