We are seeking a motivated and talented Founder's Associate to work closely with the founding team on wide range of business critical topics. In this dynamic role, you will provide crucial support to our leadership team as we drive the company forward. If you are passionate about sustainability, innovation, and are ready to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.

Your tasks

Collaborate with our founders on a wide range of strategic initiatives and projects: business development, go-to-market, people & culture, operations, fundraising and much more.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
Assist in developing business strategies, plans, and proposals.
Act as a liaison between the founders and various internal and external stakeholders, particularly when it comes to setting up shop in our second office location.
Help recruit and onboard the right talent.
Support fundraising efforts by assisting in the preparation of investor materials and presentations.
Identify public funding opportunities and drive their application process.
Take on ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed to support the founders' vision.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
1-2 years of professional experience in a relevant role, such as business development, strategy, or executive support.
Prior experience of working in a fast-paced environment (early-stage startup, consulting or investment banking).
Prior experience in the shipping and logistics space (e.g. brokering, freight forwarding etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in working with common office software (MS 365 or Google Suite).
Excellent language skills in oral and written German as well as English with the capability to write compelling texts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, reliable and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
High degree of adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges.
